about

FRANZ already existed before I was born.

With Cristian Zárate we have been "stealing" ideas and scores since the last century and since the beginning of our "Tango careers" in San Telmo and Barracas (Buenos Aires) where, at that time, we already played together with Pablo Agri and Daniel Falasca.
Later on I met and listened to Mariano Rey and after having written a lot of music in Europe for clarinet before; we only needed to get together and move forward with the music of Buenos Aires.

Zárate wrote two pieces that I simply had the pleasure of arranging; the rest are compositions and arrangements of different tangos that I wrote myself in Europe. "Pablo" is Zárate's arrangement; I only added the bandoneon, because as he wrote it, it is superlative.
The Camerata Argentina conducted by Pablo Agri gave it the "String sound of Buenos Aires", which I don't know where it comes from, but it does come from somewhere over there.

From my heart I am full of admiration for Agri, Zárate, Rey, Falasca and the Camerata Argentina.
And it is all thanks to Karina Nisinman, Nani Moner Sans, Javier Mazzarol, Cesar Angeleri, Gustavo Mozzi and Karina Barrozo; who turn theory into reality.

In memory of Tito Nisinman.
